Every forming process is carefully simulated at the outset. Our production facilities with mechanical, hydraulic and Fluidcell presses bring even the most unusual component into shape.

We work with our laser systems for fast and precise cutting. Laser cutting in 2D and 3D can be realized here, among other things.

Welding
We use a wide variety of welding processes for thin to thick materials, such as the standard arc welding process or laser welding. For these processes we are NADCAP certified.

Heat treatment
By integrating heat treatment into the production process, we prevent stresses in the material, among other things. This process will soon be NADCAP-certified for aviation.

Testing
For non-destructive testing (NDT), we use several methods, such as the NADCAP-certified digital radiography and FPI inspection. NDT examines component samples as individual examinations or 100% examinations for the production.
