As a Development Engineer (m/f/d) Aeronautical Engineering you will be responsible for the development, approval and technical support of internal and external manufacturing processes.

YOUR MAIN TASKS

– Process owner of special processes as well as main contact for materials engineering and laboratory
– Planning, commissioning and optimization of fixtures and programs as well as execution of test series for process stability
– Collaboration in the calculation of new projects as well as project-related support of customers, suppliers and internal departments
– Preparation and maintenance of working documents, investigation reports and standards
– Recognition of development potentials and independent further development of technologies

YOUR PROFILE

– Successfully completed engineering studies in the field of mechanical or production engineering or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
– In-depth knowledge of materials science and welding technology
– CAD and programming skills desirable
– Creative curiosity and openness to implementing new technical solutions on aerospace components
– “Hands-on” mentality and enjoyment of empirical activities
– Confident knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
