Heat treatment for controlled relaxation of your assemblies
We work with vertical vacuum furnaces with lowerable furnace floors. The assemblies can thus also be heat treated several times during production. Annealing of components at a specific temperature and adapted cooling specifically influences the properties of materials. Here, residual stresses that arise during the forming process are minimized.
We mainly use heat treatment for stress-relief annealing, but a brazing process will also be possible in the future.
- Gas tank system for reuse of the inert gas
- Molybdenum or graphite heating elements
- Heating of components with up to 1315°C
- NADCAP certification planned for end of 2024
