As a quality planer, you are responsible for the implementation and monitoring of advance quality planning (APQP) from development to production release.
YOUR MAIN TASKS
Inspection planning and concept development including creation, control and maintenance of all relevant QM documents
Creation of PPAP documents and administration in the customer portals
Creation and moderation of risk analyses (FMEA) and preventive measures
Monitoring and evaluation of quality-relevant data and creation of reports
Support in the definition of key figures and the systematic collection of data
Collaboration in the continuous further development of quality assurance in series production according to classic and modern methods, e.g. Ishikawa, 5why
YOUR PROFILE
Successfully completed engineering studies or technician / master craftsman in a metal profession or a comparable qualification
Experience in the use of common quality methods, e.g. 8D-Report, PLP/ Control Plan, FMEA as well as knowledge of international quality standards, e.g. ISO 9001/ EN9100, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
Confident handling of common MS-Office applications
Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
Confident written and spoken German and English skills
