As a logistics specialist, you will be responsible for creating and checking deliveries and organizing their storage in the incoming goods and shipping departments.

YOUR MAIN TASKS

– Goods receipt and incoming goods inspection according to delivery note
– Booking incoming goods in the ERP system
– Creation of consignment bills and labeling of goods
– Storage, retrieval and transfer of goods to assigned storage areas, including forklift work if necessary
– Shipping activities (delivery and freight documents, coordination with the customer, customs clearance, organization of transports, etc.)
– Communication with the customer in German and English

YOUR PROFILE

– Successfully completed vocational training as a logistics specialist or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
– Professional experience in a comparable position in logistics
– Confident written and spoken German and English skills and strong communication skills
– Sound IT knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
– Forklift driver’s license desirable
– Independent, structured and careful way of working
