As a quality planer, you are responsible for the implementation and monitoring of advance quality planning (APQP) from development to production release.

YOUR MAIN TASKS

– Inspection planning and concept development including creation, control and maintenance of all relevant QM documents
– Creation of PPAP documents and administration in the customer portals
– Creation and moderation of risk analyses (FMEA) and preventive measures
– Monitoring and evaluation of quality-relevant data and creation of reports
– Support in the definition of key figures and the systematic collection of data
– Collaboration in the continuous further development of quality assurance in series production according to classic and modern methods, e.g. Ishikawa, 5why

YOUR PROFILE

– Successfully completed engineering studies or technician / master craftsman in a metal profession or a comparable qualification
– Experience in the use of common quality methods, e.g. 8D-Report, PLP/ Control Plan, FMEA as well as knowledge of international quality standards, e.g. ISO 9001/ EN9100, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
– Confident handling of common MS-Office applications
– Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
– Confident written and spoken German and English skills
