Separating on demand realized by laser cutting or machining
We separate a wide variety of materials reliably and efficiently. The machining strategy is optimally designed for the number of pieces and complexity – individually adapted to the respective contour.
Machining needs experience – with many years of experience we use 3-, 4- and 5-axis milling technologies and deliver even large parts with high machining volumes. With our 5-axis milling-turning centers, we combine the technologies of milling and turning on one machine. When programming the workpieces, we rely on leading CAM systems.
For Laser cutting, depending on the requirements, we choose between CO2 and solid-state lasers.
- Latest turning-milling equipment for more efficient machining
- 6-axis grinding, with two IBS systems
- Simultaneous 5-axis machining
- CO2 and solid-state lasers
